IT Specialist / Systems Administrator

Responsibilities
- Setup of servers, communications and desktops (Microsoft products, current web technologies would be an asset).
- Basic server performance monitoring and tuning.
- Monitoring and managing automated back-up systems.
- Monitoring and managing the technical health of Enthink servers, including hardware and software upgrades.
- Managing and tracking of Enthink assets and software.
- General IT and desktop support including troubleshooting and instructing staff how to fix or avoid problems.
- Troubleshooting hardware issues and providing technical support to Enthink staff.
- Coordinating third party maintenance and DBA support activities as contracted or arranged on a project basis.
Technical Skills
- MCSE certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 1+ years' experience with MS Active Directory and MS Exchange including related technologies and standards such as DHCP, DNS, DFS, LDAP, etc., TCP/IP based networks, the Windows operating system, general Unix / Linux experience, experience with the MS family of products in a distributed production environment.
- Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- High level of understanding of multiple master domains and trusts as well as Windows/AD Security model.
- Knowledge of systems management, performance tuning and monitoring tools.

Qualifications
- Computing Science degree or technical college diploma.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 1-2 years experience.
- Must have own transportation.
